Hue controls for token systems
HSV is handy when you want to nudge hue and saturation quickly while keeping perceived brightness behavior predictable in design tools. Converting from HEXA preserves color channels for HSV math; alpha remains a separate concern in downstream tokens.
Use case
Great for hover/active state exploration where designers rotate hue but keep transparency policy fixed elsewhere. Return with HSV to HEXA when publishing final values.
