Celsius to Fahrenheit
What this conversion is for
Map everyday Celsius readings—weather, room setpoints, or recipe steps from EU packaging—into Fahrenheit for US appliances, medical intake forms, or travel apps. The linear relationship is °F = °C × 9/5 + 32; offset comes from where the two scales assign their zero and step size, not from "more accurate" weather.
When to use it
Baking: a European cake lists 180 °C and your wall oven only shows °F. HVAC: a datasheet rates a part to 85 °C and your US team thinks in °F. Cross-check high-temp mental math against published tables when liability matters.
