HSLA to HEX
Dropping opacity for legacy formats
HEX has no alpha, so converting from HSLA usually removes or bakes transparency into a background-dependent result. This is useful when downstream tooling accepts only opaque colors.
Avoid accidental visual drift
Document the surface used during flattening; translucent brand colors can look very different once alpha is removed.
